Our desire is to supply dental hygiene kits to all of our patients, along with instruction and education on proper oral hygiene. Oral health is one indicator of overall health, and these kits will help us to be proactive/preventative with oral hygiene. Please consider a monthly, recurring donation.
$50 for dental kits for a week.
$100 for dental kits for 2 weeks.
$150 for dental kits for 3 weeks.
$200 for dental kits for a month.
