Joel Bailey

Joel worked in project management for Alliance Residential Construction in Atlanta. He then transitioned to NRI Construction where he was recruited to handle new business development. In 2011, he started his own real estate investment company, Peak Property Group. He is currently working on obtaining his broker's license and recently took ownership of VIP Realty in Cleveland, Georgia. Joel holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in real estate from the University of Georgia.
