Kate St. Clair brings more than forty years of expertise from her unprecedented accomplishments as a corporate executive and business owner. Her success as a businesswoman in the corporate world was the genesis of her consulting firm, PowerSource Int’l, through which she empowers entrepreneurs and corporate executives to lead their enterprises to a sustainable future. She was led to a chair position with Convene by her desire to transform lives and businesses globally for God’s glory by integrating scriptural principles in the marketplace and influencing Kingdom Living Beyond Sunday. As a Convene Advisory Board Chair, she leads a group of Christian CEO’s and business owners to be faithful stewards of the businesses God has entrusted to them. Throughout her career, Kate has contributed countless hours advancing the missions of organizations in her resident communities. She also has a lifetime of applying her leadership skills through her women’s and music ministry. Kate has an MBA in finance, a bachelor of music in vocal performance, and is a Certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist

Kate loves horses: riding, training, teaching kids, and equine therapy; music: singing and leading vocal ensembles, especially in worship; and theater: acting and directing. “I pray that the light of Jesus will shine through me in everything I do and draw people to follow Him.”
