Lynn Price

Finance Committee Chair

Lynn began her career as a CPA, working as a tax consultant with the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. She left public accounting to work with her husband, Edd, in their family-owned environmental tank testing business. Since selling the business over ten years ago, they have developed several commercial real estate projects in their community. Lynn has served for many years on the board of her local nonprofit electric cooperative, Jackson EMC, and also on the board of Eagle Ranch, a Christian residential program for children in crisis. She volunteers as an advocate for foster children with Piedmont CASA and organized and facilitates a community women's Bible study. She is a member of Chestnut Mountain Presbyterian Church where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Team. Lynn holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Georgia.

When she’s not cheering for the GA Bulldogs, Lynn enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting the north Georgia mountains, and exploring the many beautiful hiking trails.
